Nitro Wednesday! @ Terrigal Pub
Sep 18 @ 6:00 am – 7:00 am

The Nitro is a regular loop with a few hills.  The pace is NOT hot, and there are many places of regrouping at top of hills and there are shortcuts too if you want to skip a hill or two. It’s the coffee afterwards that the ride is named after.  Summer brews are cold infused Nitro coffees from Ocean Haus, winters well that’s usually still a hot coffee if you have time after the ride.

Runs regardless of numbers, leaves on time so catch up if you are late.  It usually won’t run in wet weather.  Start time gets a but earlier in summer due to better light conditions and allowing a decent stop for coffee at the end of the ride so people can get to work after the ride.

Palm Beach Ride – 5.30am Ettalong / 6am WGS
Sep 21 @ 5:30 am – 11:30 am
05:30 Ettalong Ferry Wharf
06:00 WGS (West Gosford Shops)
Ride to Palm Beach for 10:30am back to Ettalong

Avg pace approx 27km/h for 120km with 2000m climbing. This requires very good ride fitness. While we regroup at top of climbs and assist with mechanicals, if you’re constantly falling behind you will miss the 10:30 Ferry as there is a point the group commits and goes for it.
If unsure of your relative fitness, you can always turn back at Calga or Brooklyn. You will know by then.

Bring cash for ferry and food.
All riders must have insurance.
