CA Licensed riders only.

Riders that are new to the track should consult with the coach there on the night or a senior rider who can advise the best session to join, and some basic tips and advice before mixing on with the experienced riders.

Chop Ride (0600 Forries)

The Chop is weekly. Meet at 6am at Forries Bus Stop as shown on map below.

Easy ride to The Entrance, then grouped by ability for the handicapped chop to Budgewoi and back.

This ride is for Experienced Riders, not new riders, please be aware that it is very fast, race paced in sections and you need to be well aware of the road conditions and effort required. Fast bunch riding experience a MUST.

There is a re-group back at The Entrance afterwards for an easy ride back to Forresters Beach for coffee (di Matteos).

Distance: 55kms +
Pace: Very Fast

CA Membership (MTBA or BNSW insurance also acceptable) is required for insurance reasons.

CCCC Coffee Ride (plus 100 option) (0630 TP, 0700 WGS) @ Terrigal Pub
Jan 26 @ 6:30 am – 9:00 am

Great ride to kick off your weekend!

2 starting points. Meet at Terrigal Pub 6.30am then ride to West Gosford Shops to meet rest of group. Leave WGS 7am.
Coffee back at Terrigal.

All riders must hold a current CA, MTBA or BNSW licence. If it’s your first club ride please announce yourself to the ride leader.

Distance: 60kms
Pace: Moderate (average approx. 30 km/h)
No attacks, regroup after hills and bunch splits etc.

Optional Coffee 100, extends after the return to WGS and goes on the North Loop and back to Forries, 100km total.

CA Membership is required for insurance reasons.
