We organise training rides throughout the year. Some are formal training such as track training on groups, others are more informal road bunch rides or cyclo-cross training days. For all of them, to be involved you are required to have a Cycling Australia licence.

First Wednesday Night race is at 6:45pm after the Junior Development Racing has finished, please make sure you do not interrupt the training sessions on arrival, warm-up begins at 6:15pm for all riders.

In Winter, training is run at Adcock Park on both Monday and Wednesday nights on road bikes.
